These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Roadrunner Rent-A-Car’s website and rental services. By booking a vehicle, you agree to these terms.

1. Rental agreement

All rentals are subject to a separate rental agreement signed at pick‑up. The renter must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving license for at least 2 years.

2. Booking and payment

• A valid credit/debit card is required for reservation and security deposit.
• Full payment is due at the time of pick‑up unless otherwise agreed.
• Prices are quoted in HKD and include local taxes unless stated.

3. Cancellation and refunds

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pick‑up.
• Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee equal to one day’s rental.
• No‑show: the full rental amount will be charged.

4. Vehicle use and responsibilities

• The vehicle must be driven only by the authorised driver(s) listed in the rental agreement.
• You are responsible for any fines, tolls, or parking violations during the rental period.
• The vehicle must not be used for racing, off‑road driving, or illegal activities.

5. Insurance and damage

All vehicles include third‑party liability insurance. A collision damage waiver (CDW) is available at an additional cost. In case of damage, the renter is liable for the excess amount stated in the agreement.

6. Return policy

The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level and in clean condition. Late returns are subject to a surcharge of 1.5x the daily rate.

7. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on this page.
